PRINT ISSUE 5 – FAÇADE
From autumn 2026 we will start working on a new printed issue. This time, we are looking into the significance of façades. Initially, Laura & Angela found a series of electricity-inspired façades in Stockholm from the late 19th century. The intricacies and the significance of branding a building with images that represent electricity felt very poetic, and something that we miss in today’s architecture. This made us think about the significance of façades.
Although façade is architecture-inspired, we encourage people from diverse fields to reach out to us for pitches/propositions. A façade can also be the place between the inside and outside; it is clothing and make-up, the cover of a book vs the inside, the way an image is presented vs the process.
We accept pitches from photographers, crafts(wo)men, fine artists and art directors.
Please familiarize yourself with the magazine’s aesthetic before submitting a proposal. We like to keep things light, positive and optimistic about the future.
